Delivery and Availability
We anticipate all Products ordered via our Website will be delivered to the address specified by you within 4 - 6 weeks of your order. This is because each pair of shoes is produced to order. As soon as you place your order, it is sent to our manufacturer. Your bespoke Product is then scheduled, materials are prepared, and it is assembled. Quality and fit are monitored throughout the process. From there, it is packaged for shipment to our London processing centre and then to your door. All Products and orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Delivery in the UK will be either by courier or guaranteed post. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. You bear the risk once delivery of the Products has been signed for. Overseas customers should refer to the ‘Service Availability’ clause below.
We shall send you a shipping confirmation email when we have dispatched your order. Envy Couture reserves the right to hold any order for security review and we shall notify affected customers.
PLEASE REMEMBER: the complete process from order to delivery takes approximately 4 - 6 weeks!
International Deliveries and Sales
We accept international orders in UK Sterling and are able to deliver to your door by our international postal service. The package will need to be signed for on receipt. If the delivery is going to take longer than the 4-6 weeks stipulated in Delivery and Availability then we shall inform you by the email you submit on your order form.

If you would like to check the progress of your order please email us at the email address given below (see Contact Us). You will need the order confirmation number you received when you placed your order.
Ownership and Risk
We retain ownership of all Products ordered until they have been delivered to you. Ownership of and risk in all Products shall pass to you upon delivery.
Our Refund Policy
Our Products are bespoke and unfortunately we cannot accept returns unless there is a fault with the Product. In the unlikely event of a fault, please refer to the section marked ‘Cancellation or Damage’ below. When the Product has been worn refunds will only be accepted at our discretion.
We strongly advise all customers to check Products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Cancellation or Damage
If you receive a Product which is faulty or damaged please notify us immediately by one of the methods specified in the Contact Us section below and we shall make arrangements for you to return the relevant Product to us.
Upon receipt of the Product, we will examine it to see if it is faulty or damaged. We may, as we think appropriate, either credit you with an appropriate sum in respect of the Product or we shall (subject to availability) repair it or send you a replacement Product. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
